Gateway Community Health is a private health group of non-profit agencies that specialize in comprehensive behavioral healthcare and substance abuse services. Gateway Community Health has seven partner organizations with over 25 locations and a 175 year history of serving south-eastern Michigan residents. Gateway Community Health is also a network of specialty providers that have the same high caliber of services.

It is the mission of Gateway Community Health to provide a comprehensive system of culturally competent managed behavioral health services and support that are cost-effective and measurably demonstrate improvements in access to services, consumer choice and quality of life.

Gateway Community Health agencies are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and/or the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF).
